2. Overview

Realtalk is an AI communication coach accessible via WhatsApp. We process personal data solely to deliver the service to you, process your payments, communicate with you and operate our website securely. We only process the data you provide to us yourself.

3. Data categories and purposes

3.1 WhatsApp messages (Meta Platforms)

When you message our WhatsApp Business account, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. receives your phone number, WhatsApp ID and message content. This data is forwarded to us via the WhatsApp Business API and stored in our database so that the chat history can be maintained.

3.2 AI analysis (Anthropic)

Your messages are transmitted for analysis to Anthropic PBC (USA, Claude API). Under its company policy, Anthropic does not use API content for model training. The transfer of data to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR.

3.3 Storage (Supabase)

Your user, conversation and message data is hosted by Supabase Inc. in the EU Central region (Frankfurt, Germany).

3.4 Payment processing (Stripe)

For subscription billing we use Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). Stripe receives your payment data directly — we do not store any credit card data ourselves.

3.5 Email delivery (Resend)

We send transactional emails (e.g. payment confirmations) via Resend Inc. (USA).

3.6 Hosting (Railway)

The website and backend are hosted by Railway Corp. On each page request, technically necessary server logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) are stored briefly.

4. Cookies and tracking

On gorealtalk.com we only use cookies that are technically necessary. There is no third-party tracking, no advertising cookies and no reach measurement.

5. Retention period

We store conversation data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. for invoices under § 147 AO) prevent this.

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:
